We Will Never Forget

Mission of the Foundation

The mission of the Southern Flight 932 Memorial Foundation is to honor the memory of the crew and passengers of Southern Flight 932 by preserving their legacy and inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals.

To achieve our mission, the Foundation will engage in various activities, including but not limited to:

1. Establishing a scholarship fund for the Marshall University Division of Aviation Programs

2. Engaging with the community to raise awareness about aviation safety and education

3. Fostering a sense of community and remembrance through a new Podcast and Radio Show called “Remembering the Marshall 75”

4. Collaborating with organizations in Huntington and beyond that share the Foundation's mission and goals.

The Foundation Board consists of family members of the Southern Flight 932 crew, former Southern Airways employees, first responders, and those who wish to inspire the next generation of aviation professionals.

Through this Foundation, we will honor the memory of the Marshall 75 and ensure that the legacy of the crew of Southern Flight 932 continues to soar, rising from the ashes of tragedy and loss.
